I served this collection at my Bridgerton lawn celebration and there have been a success. A vintage cucumber sandwich is increased with chive & garlic Boursin cheese, smoked salmon sandwiches get a zesty twist with contemporary lemon zest, and rooster salad is upgraded with phyllo cups.
Those beauties are highest served on a two- or three-tiered serving platter with contemporary mint sprigs for garnish. yum!

Professional tip: Make rooster salad the day earlier than so it’s able to head. Make each sandwiches forward of time, duvet with plastic wrap, and refrigerate till your tea celebration. Really easy!
Tea Sandwiches
Honey wheat bread
White bread
Phyllo cups
English cucumber
Boursin cheese
Whipped cream cheese
Lox
Lemon
Tarragon rooster salad
- To make Lemon Lox: reduce crusts off of honey wheat bread. Unfold with whipped cream cheese, pile on lox, and upload slightly of lemon zest. Minimize sandwiches into triangles.
- To make Cucumber Boursin Sandwiches: reduce crusts off of white bread. Unfold with Boursin cheese, upload 4 thinly reduce slices of cucumber, then reduce sandwiches in part.
- Bake phyllo cups in step with package deal directions, then fill with tarragon rooster salad.
