Description from Molly Moon Website online: Impressed through its Spring counterpart Sasquatch, this scrumptious taste is made with candy cream ice cream that’s swirled with do-it-yourself vanilla bean caramel and heaps of do-it-yourself yeti granola and Theo chocolate bits. We make our yeti granola in-house through blending in combination pepitas and pepita butter, flax seeds, rolled oats, honey and a marginally of salt ahead of roasting it within the oven.
Candy Cream Ice Cream/Vanilla Bean Caramel: The vanilla bean caramel used to be swirled so completely into the candy cream base that it used to be in impact a caramel-flavored base. The caramel had a touch a burnt sugar through vanilla. No longer overly candy or cloying. Creamy and easy. Stress-free.
Yeti Granola: Cushy, no longer soggy. Fairly salty, a pleasing distinction to the candy base. The granola added no longer simply taste but in addition chewy texture. Small to medium sized. A reasonable quantity.
