Iciness Whoopie Pie

  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup complete milk
  • ½ tsp peppermint extract

  • Same old 9×13” baking tray
  • Parchment paper
  • Small blending bowls
  • Same old teaspoons, tablespoons, and cups

  • Hand or stand mixer with paddle attachment

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 levels Fahrenheit.
  2. Line 9×13 baking tray with parchment paper.

  5. Microwave on top for 1 minute 30 seconds. Let cool for 1 minute.
