Tuna dip makes for a super snack this is wealthy in protein and wholesome fat. You’ll serve it with uncooked greens, sourdough, or grain-free crackers.
I like to recommend buying tuna this is packed in water and wild-caught. Two of my favourite manufacturers are Secure Catch and Wild Planet.
In the case of mayonnaise, many are made with inflammatory oils similar to canola or vegetable oil, so I like to recommend both making your mayo selfmade or buying a emblem like Primal Kitchen or Sir Kensington’s.
