Bonnetti Mac & Cheese, Homestyle
- 8 oz. Al Dente Golden Egg Bonnetti
- 1 c. skim or 2% milk
- 1/4 c. lowfat undeniable Greek yogurt
- 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Boil generously salted water for bonnetti. Upload pasta to water as soon as delivered to a boil and prepare dinner for five mins, till al dente.

In the meantime, soften butter in a saucepan, being cautious to not burn.

Upload flour, garlic powder, and salt to melted butter. Stir till nearly brown.

Upload milk to saucepan, stirring continuously.

Upload Greek yogurt. Stir, and warmth on medium-high warmth for five or so mins till aggregate thickens.

As soon as aggregate has thickened, cut back to low warmth, and upload cheese, permitting it to soften.

As soon as cheese aggregate is melted, upload cooked pasta.

Serve right away and experience!
