Bailey’s Bar Cookies
2 cups packed brown sugar

1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Sea salt
- Preheat oven to 350 levels Fahrenheit. Grease a 9×13″ pan.
- In a bowl or stand mixer, beat brown sugar and melted butter. Upload eggs, beating after each and every addition. Stir in Bailey’s Irish Cream. Upload flour, baking powder, and salt. Combine smartly, then stir in chocolate chips. Unfold frivolously in pan.
- Bake for 20-Half-hour, simply till set. Don’t overbake! Sprinkle with sea salt once they arrive out of the oven. Cool for 10-20 mins prior to reducing into massive squares.
