Directions

Step 1

Make the highly spiced aioli: In a small bowl, whisk in combination the mayonnaise, sambal oelek, lime juice, and XO sauce. Put aside.

Step 2

Make the arayes: To a meals processor, upload the cilantro, parsley, garlic, bell pepper, and onion, and chop till wonderful. Switch to a fine-mesh strainer set over a medium bowl and make allowance to empty for quarter-hour.
