Bonnetti Mac & Cheese, Homestyle

  • 8 oz. Al Dente Golden Egg Bonnetti
  • 1 c. skim or 2% milk
  • 1/4 c. lowfat undeniable Greek yogurt
  • 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • Boil generously salted water for bonnetti. Upload pasta to water as soon as delivered to a boil and prepare dinner for five mins, till al dente.

  • In the meantime, soften butter in a saucepan, being cautious to not burn.

  • Upload flour, garlic powder, and salt to melted butter. Stir till nearly brown.

  • Upload milk to saucepan, stirring continuously.

  • Upload Greek yogurt. Stir, and warmth on medium-high warmth for five or so mins till aggregate thickens.

  • As soon as aggregate has thickened, cut back to low warmth, and upload cheese, permitting it to soften.

  • As soon as cheese aggregate is melted, upload cooked pasta.

  • Serve right away and experience!
