Herbed Cheese Ball – The Rose Desk

My Herbed Cheese Ball is the easiest appetizer to make should you love herbs! Particularly should you develop your individual and all the time have an abundance available. It’s depraved excellent! This could be completely cute for Saint Patrick’s Day.

It’s simply cream cheese, white cheddar, salt, rosemary, oregano, and chives. The outdoor is covered with Italian parsley, chives, and a slightly of oregano. Should you’re an herb girlie like me, you’ll love this straightforward fresh-tasting white cheddar cheese ball.

Professional tip: don’t use pre-grated cheese. You don’t need the stuff they coat the cheese with on your cheese ball! Simply take a minute to grate some white cheddar till you’ve gotten a cup. It’s price it!

Herbed Cheese Ball

8 oz. block cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup white cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 tsp salt
Contemporary rosemary (2 sprigs)
Contemporary oregano (2 sprigs)
Contemporary chives (7-8 sprigs)

For the coating: 1/3 cup chopped Italian parsley, 2-3 sprigs oregano, 2-3 sprigs chives

  1. Chop rosemary, oregano, and chives. Combine cream cheese, white cheddar, salt, and herbs neatly and shape a ball. Gently roll in chopped parsley, oregano, and chives till completely covered.
  2. Wrap cheese ball in plastic wrap and sit back for one hour. Serve with crackers.

Glad rolling,
