Cranberry Pistachio Cookies – Leite’s Culinaria


3 cheers for cookies!!! And an additional HUZZAH for the slice-and-bake selection. Because the headnote signifies, they’re easy to place in combination.

I used roasted and salted pistachios. (I choose roasted and salted nuts and seeds in a lot of my baked items as they upload additional taste and texture.) The package deal of dried fruit in my pantry that I assumed had been cranberries became out to be cherries! However the finish product was once completely scrumptious! I like to recommend slicing the nuts and fruit into smaller, uniform cube as this makes it more uncomplicated for rolling and cutting.
