Elements: Makes 12 ice cream sandwiches.
For the Whoopie Pie Cookies:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 cup complete milk
- ½ tsp peppermint extract
Served with:

Provides & Apparatus:
- Same old 9×13” baking tray
- Parchment paper
- Small blending bowls
- Same old teaspoons, tablespoons, and cups
- Whisk
- Rubber spatula
- Hand or stand mixer with paddle attachment
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 levels Fahrenheit.
- Line 9×13 baking tray with parchment paper.
- Cream in combination the softened butter and sugar till neatly blended the use of a stand mixer with the paddle attachment or a hand mixer.
- Upload eggs and peppermint extract into the butter aggregate and blend till neatly blended.

- Stir till the mix is uniform.
- Microwave on top for 1 minute 30 seconds. Let cool for 1 minute.
