Pastrami and Sauerkraut Bucatini Recipe


Step 1

In a big pot, carry the broth to a boil. Upload the bucatini and salt, and cook dinner, stirring each minute or two, for six–8 mins (or consistent with the package deal instructions).

Step 2

In the meantime, to a small skillet over medium-high warmth, upload the oil. When scorching, upload the Dijon mustard, coriander, fennel seeds, mustard seeds, onion powder, and paprika. Cook dinner, stirring once in a while, till aromatic, 3 mins. Take away from the warmth. Stir within the pastrami and sauerkraut.

Step 3

Drain the bucatini, booking a couple of tablespoons of broth. Upload the bucatini again to the pot and stir within the pastrami combination. Upload a tablespoon of broth at a time as wanted if it appears to be like dry. Season to style with salt, and serve scorching.
