5 in 5 Creamy Goat Cheese Pasta
5 components, 5 steps, chefs in 5 mins!
- 8 ounces Al Dente Pasta
- 4 ounces goat cheese
- 5 ounces spinach
- 3 ounces sundried tomatoes
- 2 cloves glarlic, finely minced
- pink pepper flakes non-compulsory

Convey water to boil in a saucepan for the pasta.

In the meantime, warmth 1 TBSP olive oil in skillet and upload spinach, sauteing till wilted. Upload the sundried tomatoes to the skillet and prepare dinner for a couple of mins, till heated.

Cook dinner pasta for roughly 5 mins. When draining, reserve about 1 cup of the pasta water.

Put pasta again into saucepan, upload in goat cheese (I like to recommend slicing this into items first prior to including), and somewhat of pasta water. Upload in spinach and sundried tomatoes.

Upload water till goat cheese is punctiliously melted. Best with pink pepper flakes or goat cheese crumbles if desired.
